We are a business that provides landscape maintenance, turf care, and outdoor pest control solutions for homes and businesses. In the process, we serve people. Horst Schulze, co-founder of The Ritz Carlton, once wrote in an essay that “we are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen.” He was referencing the people that worked in hotels and how they should hold their standards high with each task because they are ladies and gentlemen…serving ladies and gentlemen. This resonated with me and I took it to heart. In the landscape business, each task, no matter how big or small, is part of a bigger picture. A job well done is adding value to someone else’s life. And that is an important job. You never know who’s life you might be affecting by doing what you do and doing it well. So, that’s who we are. We aim for perfection in hopes to achieve excellence and influence people’s lives for the better.
